The Principals at BHP Communities have been in the real estate development and investment business since 2004. We have owned and operated manufactured housing communities since 2011. We have owned communities from the Southeast to the Midwest which have ranged in size from 50 spaces to as large as 400 spaces.

We are actively targeting acquisition opportunities across the United States.
